1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to IRS CloudERP ("the Platform"), a unit of Integrated Rural Society (IRS). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, and platform. By registering an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

2. Account Registration and Responsibilities

When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Terms for NGOs

  • Verification: To be listed on the Platform, your organization must be a registered legal entity in India and provide necessary documentation for verification (e.g., Registration Certificate, 80G/12A certificates). We reserve the right to approve or deny any application.
  • Donations & Fees: The Platform charges a 0% platform fee on donations. However, standard payment processing fees from our gateway provider (Razorpay) will be deducted from the donation amount. All donations are processed through our central account and will be disbursed to your NGO's bank account periodically, as managed by the Super Admin through the Payouts module.
  • Content: You are responsible for all content posted on your public profile, including project details, activities, and financial information. Content must be accurate and must not be misleading.

4. Terms for Donors and Volunteers

  • Donations: When you make a donation, you understand that it is processed through our centralized payment gateway. We are committed to transferring the full donated amount (less payment gateway fees) to the designated NGO.
  • Information: IRS CloudERP does not endorse any specific NGO and does not guarantee the accuracy of the content provided by them. We encourage you to do your own due diligence before donating or volunteering.
  • Interactions: Your interactions with NGOs, including volunteering arrangements, are solely between you and the organization.

5. Use of the Platform

You agree not to use the Platform to:

  • Violate any local, state, national, or international law.
  • Post any content that is fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, or infringing on intellectual property rights.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the security or integrity of the Platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall IRS CloudERP, nor its directors, employees, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service. The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Assam.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
